• Steel frame painted in custom RAL for backlighting integration 

A leading French software publisher in the manufacturing industry decided to install a concave LED wall in the auditorium of the sixth building on its Paris Campus. The screen has a 25-meter radius, spanning 10 meters in width and 4.2 meters in height. With a high resolution, this large screen is ideal for showcasing engaging and immersive presentations of the company's innovative concepts.

ERARD PRO designed and manufactured the aluminium structure and the steel frame, painted in a custom colour selected by the end client. Secured to the floor with 18 plates discreetly hidden within the raised flooring, the structure is also anchored to the wall and ceiling and integrates a total of 188 Barco Truepix 1.2 LED cabinets.

Beyond the design, ERARD PRO differentiated itself with its dedicated engineering service, offering relevant guidance, a tailor-made design and on-site installation assistance over several days in March 2024. Additionally, as ERARD PRO manufactured the structure in its Rhône-Alpes facilities using French origin aluminium, it helped minimize the project’s carbon footprint. This approach aligned perfectly with the customer’s environmental policy as the campus is certified to the NF Bâtiments Tertiaires HQE quality standard. Moreover, the LEDs’sustainability and low energy consumption ensure an eco-friendly and cost-effective solution.
